If you’re wondering: what exactly is wellbeing? How does it relate to sustainability? What does this have to do with Green Business? How will it benefit my business? You have come to the right place.

The Green Business Network’s October seminar will be answering these questions and will present the case for including wellbeing as part of your company’s strategy.

How will my business benefit?

According to the Wildlife Trust, evidence shows that a thriving, wildlife-rich environment benefits both physical and mental health. People with nature on their doorstep are more active, mentally resilient and have better all-round health.

And who doesn’t want a healthier workforce?

The synergies between nature, humans and business are obvious, but wellbeing isn’t just about getting out and walking; it can be about ensuring your employees maintain a good work/life balance, sleep well, eat well, aren’t stressed…

A healthier workforce is also a more committed and productive one

You can attract and retain talent, particularly young people, by having a wellbeing strategy that is thought-through and communicated.
